Our staff is committed to quality in the continuous improvement of systems and services.We recruit, select and develop seafarers according to client’s, national and international specific requirements. We have extended our service to the families of our crew by putting up branch office and wide variety of programs and activities for the benefit of their families and beneficiaries.
SEAMAN'S DIVISION
This Division is responsible for the recruitment and selection of the crew from the pool of applicants and on vacation crew based on the requirements laid by our principal. They devise programs to retain our seafarers to ensure that we have adequate pool to man our vessels
ACCOUNTING DIVISION
Collecting Manning Fee from the principal and facilitating allotment of crew are the key roles of Accounting Division. It also includes processing of emergency and special remittances sent by the crew to be received by their respective beneficiary and process leave pays of vacationing crew. Handling Cash to Master is also the role of the group.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOCUMENTATION DIVISION
The focal task of Documentation Division is to document, arrange travel requirements and process PEME of all departing seafarers. They also guarantee that all departing seafarers have complied with national flag state and MLC 2006 requirements.
The focal task of Administration Division is to hire, evaluate performance, and maintain records of employees. This Division is also responsible in facilitating legal issues and medical repatriation requirements, processing purchase requirements of office supplies, equipment, crew safety gears onboard and recreation requests. They also oversee maintenance of infrastructure and work environment.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE
- Conduct audit to check ISO 9001:2008 and MLC compliance
- Monitor continual improvement initiatives
- Prepare and monitor plans and objectives
- Analyze statistical data for improvement
- Prepare policies/ procedures and monitor its implementation
ILOILO OFFICE STAFF IN-CHARGE
The company aspires to provide better services to its crew especially in the Western Visayas region. In consideration of this, it was on August 2008 when Iloilo Branch Office was established. The new office is found to be a more conducive place to assist crew and address allotees' concerns.
